Product Manager
An import-export company in the medical devices market, is seeking a Product Manager to join its operations team.
This is a dynamic role that involves direct participation in and coordination across three core areas: Product Management, Procurement, and Marketing .
The position requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent document and information management skills, and a clear technology-driven mindset, with the ability to apply AI tools and automation to continuously improve department workflows.

Product Management Create, organize, and maintain up-to-date product information and documentation (specs, artworks, technical files) Review and manage certifications, lab reports, usage instructions, and packaging materials Communicate with external partners (laboratories, suppliers) on regulatory and technical issues Support technical documentation for sales, tenders and export markets Assist in new product development Assist in monitoring product KPIs and profitability (P&L) B.
Procurement Coordinate with international suppliers on offers, artwork approvals, orders, and product specifications Review and manage barcodes, packaging files, and cost breakdowns Keep supplier documentation organized and updated Work closely with the Supply Chain team and external procurement partners Support stock forecasting and item-level planning C.
Marketing & Sales Support Support and collaborate with the marketing team in all projects (product presentations, brochures, promotional materials, campaigns, strategy) Participate in the development of digital and printed product material Review and optimize technical content prior to publication
