Private Villa Chef – South Paros, Greece (Summer 2026)
We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly professional Private Chef for a luxury private villa accommodating up to 8 guests, located in South Paros, Greece.
The position is seasonal, running for 4 months from 1 June to 1 October 2026.
This role is ideal for a chef who takes pride in quality, organisation, and personalised service within a private household environment.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of Mediterranean, Greek, and healthy cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients Menu planning for daily family-style meals and more curated dining experiences Full responsibility for grocery shopping and kitchen organisation Setting and laying tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen to an excellent standard Flexibility to adapt menus and schedules to guests’ preferences Maintaining a discreet, professional, and well-presented presence at all times Candidate Profile Proven professional experience as a private or professional chef Relevant culinary training or qualifications preferred Good working knowledge of English (essential) Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Passion for quality produce and seasonal ingredients Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently to a consistently high standard Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to bring a personal vehicle to the island Longevity in previous roles is highly regarded References & Selection Verifiable written references are mandatory Telephone references with previous employers will be required High levels of discretion, trust, and professionalism are essential Accommodation & Benefits Private, off-site accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.
