Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Assistant at Jetblack in Athens. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries and orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Sales Assistant will also assist in sales reporting and analysis, and participate in sales strategies and campaigns.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Customer service experience is a plus
