Personal Assistant / Office Administrator
Shipping company located in Glyfada, Greece is seeking for a PA / Office Admin.
Essential Skills

- Languages oral and written fluency: Russian, English, Greek
- Computer literacy
Primary role is to be a personal assistant to the owners’ family, Responsibilities include:
Family / family general assets- Maintaining accurate records / filing system / ensuring that all paperwork is up to date including:
o Family residency
o Family assets, houses, cars etc
o Family Insurances, asset, medical , car (including taxes)
o Filing of tax returns
o Any paperwork required re sons schooling
o Arrange travel tickets/ hotels /visas (if applicable)
Yacht – Maintaining accurate records / filing system / ensuring that all paperwork is up to date:
o Ensure that all permits / insurances are current and renewed in a timely manner
o Receive and record all invoices and monitor payments thereof
o As required liaise with Captain re victualling etc.
o As required ensure that Captain is aware of family plans / requirements
Company:
o Arrange comprehensive filing system
o Ensure all contracts are correctly recorded and followed up re delivery times as appropriate
o As advised ensure that any permits / ministry approvals are obtained
o Monitor and ensure that all insurances are updated as required
