About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Culinary Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Pastry Chef De Partie carries out pastry duties whilst ensuring smooth, coordinated team effort.
The Pastry Chef De Partie reports to the Pastry Junior Sous Chef.
As Pastry Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties: Work closely with the Pastry team on daily operations and quality control.
Ensure proper pastries handling, monitor pastries availability, and inspect incoming goods.
Attend all training sessions and participate in special events, promotions, and demonstrations.
Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and ensure personal hygiene.
Inform the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef regarding operational issues.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
