Operations Representative

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join the team of a prominent bank in Athens.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team by processing and fulfilling requests received from public authorities, customers, and heirs.
The position involves preparing and inputting data and documentation for review and approval.
The right candidate will ensure that requests are handled with precision and in compliance with all relevant policies and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities As an Operations Representative , your primary duties will include: Processing and fulfilling operational requests from public authorities and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Gathering, compiling, and inputting relevant data into our internal systems.
Ensuring all requests are handled in full compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and service-level agreements.
Collaborating with other departments, such as Legal and Compliance, to gather necessary information.
Maintaining clear, well-organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
Flagging any discrepancies or unusual patterns for further investigation.
