Operations Officer – interim support (Field support)-multiple locations

* The locations could be Malakasa, Serres, Lesvos, Leros The Operations Officer – interim support (Field Support) works under the supervision of EUAA, in support of the EUAA Operation in Greece, performing some or all of the following tasks: Work under the supervision of the EUAA Field Coordinator and contribute to the overall management of the EUAA Operation under responsibility;
The tasks may focus on asylum and/or reception operations Coordinate the day-to-day management of the operation, including planning, implementation, assessment of needs, staff management, problem-solving Provide support in managing contacts, in implementation of the instructions of EUAA at central level Liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. other European and International institutions, NGOs, national authorities and others Provide support to field operations in other locations than the duty station, as requested Perform frequent missions for the performance of the tasks, as requested Attend and/or organize regular meetings with stakeholders at national or local level, as requested Be available to participate in missions, as per the operational needs of EUAA Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders at national or local level, as requested Provide regular analytical reports and statistics of provided services and challenges Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
