Operations Manager (Hospitality)

For our client, Urban Italian Group (UIG), a modern Italian restaurant brand with growing presence across Sweden, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee 3–5 restaurant locations and drive excellence across teams, performance, and guest experience.
Information and Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in multi-site management or a senior General Manager role within the hospitality industry Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop managers and teams Experience with financial planning, cost control, and P&L analysis Oversight of daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple sites Familiarity with health & safety, food safety, and alcohol law compliance Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Fluency in English is required;
Swedish is a plus Must have a B driving license and be willing to travel regularly within Sweden About the job: Permanent, full-time position overseeing 3–5 restaurant locations Competitive monthly salary (starting on 4560 € gross per month) + bonus structure and benefits If moving to Sweden from abroad, you would be provided with accommodation (from 450 € per month for a single room) Company car or travel allowance may be provided Responsibility for team hiring, training plans, financial KPIs, and operational routines Reporting directly to the Director of Operations Your key responsibilities: Drive guest satisfaction (target NPS 60+) and employee engagement (eNPS 40+) Ensure operational standards and routines are consistently followed Develop and mentor leadership teams, supporting succession and growth Analyze and improve weekly/monthly financial performance Champion company culture, team wellbeing, and strategic planning Why work with Labyrinth Recruitment: If you are looking for jobs in Sweden and need support with relocation or applying abroad, we are here to help!
