Join On Residence team in a fast growing working environment as a Operations Manager Location: Thessaloniki , Greece Position Summary: The Operations Manager ensures the flawless daily operation of the hotel by coordinating and optimizing all departments.
This role bridges strategic goals with everyday processes, focusing on efficiency, service quality and guest satisfaction.
Beyond supervising teams, the Operations Manager drives continuous improvement, maximizes operational performance and acts as the key link between management, staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the hotel’s management team to achieve operational excellence and high levels of guest satisfaction Welcome all VIP hotel guests or guests assigned by the Director of Operations Monitor the guest feedback on Trip advisor, Holiday Check and relevant travel sites; work with the aim to improve monthly hotel ratings and comments on all sites Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure service recovery procedures are followed Participate in daily briefings with departmental managers in order to discuss all matters about daily hotel operation Supervise and support all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance) ensuring seamless daily operations Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards Support training, motivation and evaluation of staff to foster a strong service culture Support finance and procurement teams in processes and initiatives as needed Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate closely with the property owners, the Director of Operations and Grivalia Hospitality to align operational strategies with overall business goals
