Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Operations Manager (Chania) Job Description • Oversee daily facility operations in collaboration with Technical, Logistics, Commercial, HR and Credit teams. • Lead, manage and develop the facility team by ensuring skills adequacy, training, performance, attendance, and leave management. • Coordinate production, LPG and cylinder supply, customer deliveries, and order processing in compliance with credit policies. • Plan, monitor, and execute maintenance programs; supervise equipment operation, company vehicles, external contractors, and construction projects. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, security, ISO, and contractual requirements; manage incidents, drills, audits, and documentation. • Supervise security systems and emergency response procedures. • Manage inventory, warehouse operations, monthly stock counts, and spare parts requirements. • Oversee daily accounting activities, cash operations, and prepare and monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets. • Communicate with public authorities, certification bodies, and internal management; update facility plans and resort operational needs and performance. • Provide continuous feedback to management and staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives and implementation of management decisions.
