Operations Engineer

Xcelsus Hellas is an IT service company based in Thessaloniki , part of the Xcelsus Group with customers across different industries — primarily in the German-speaking market.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Engineer to support both our customer environments and our own internal products.
The Team You will work closely with development teams, customers, and other engineers to ensure reliable and efficient day-to-day operations.
You will be part of a collaborative and international environment where communication and teamwork are key.
The Role  As an Operations Engineer, you will support running applications, respond to incidents, and work closely with development teams and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Whether it is stabilizing a customer environment or helping us set up the operational foundation for our own applications — you will play a key role in making things run reliably.
