Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our daily shipping and bunkering activities. You will be instrumental in coordinating vessel movements and ensuring operational excellence across our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and coordinating vessel’s operations, including arrivals, departures, loading, discharging, and bunkering.

Liaise with port agents, surveyors, terminal operators, and other related parties to ensure optimal fleet performance.

Maintain clear and timely communication with bunkering tankers’ crew to support smooth operational execution.

Prepare, manage, and file all relevant operational documentation and reports.

Support the Operations Manager in handling unexpected issues, operational disruptions, and day-to-day logistics challenges.

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Economics, Shipping, Management, Logistics, Trade & Finance, International Business or Energy.
Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
Prior experience in shipping, marine fuels, port logistics, or a similar operational role preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
Advanced computer literacy.
Willingness to be available outside regular hours when needed (due to vessels’ schedules).
