For the role of Operations Administrator , you will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end processing of new merchant applications and the updating of existing account data.
Operating multiple digital platforms simultaneously to ensure accurate data entry and system synchronization.
Documenting and monitoring the lifecycle of all service requests within the internal tracking tools.
Meeting department targets by adhering strictly to operational guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Reviewing merchant documentation to ensure all requirements for system activation are fulfilled.
