We are looking for a proactive Operation Mall Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and organized individual to support the Mall Operations Department in the supervision of the daily operation of the Shopping Center and Parking Facilities.
Main Responsibilities: Support the Mall Manager in managing the daily operations of the Shopping Mall.
Supervise maintenance, cleanliness, security, and presentation of all internal and external areas.
Manage relationships and performance of service providers and contractors.
Support marketing and events teams with operational requirements for activities, decorations, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain ongoing communication with tenants and address operational matters promptly.
Identify and act on Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) issues.
Administrative Duties: Manage and update the Shopping Mall’s records and documentation.
Prepare and monitor contracts with tenants and service providers.
Assist in drafting reports and presentations for management.
Organize and coordinate meetings and events for the Shopping Mall.
Handle correspondence and communications with tenants and service providers.
Qualifications: To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Accountable and Resilient, Interpersonal and Communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a shopping center or retail environment.
University/College degree fluency in both English and Greek (written and oral) proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential.
