Office/Operation/Guest relation employee for Horse Riding Club in Santorini Our company is looking for a Guest Relations / Office Employee to join our team and help us offer amazing horseback riding experiences while providing great service to our guests.
The ideal person will be responsible for managing relationships with both old and new partners (hotels, travel agencies, social media etc.), promoting and selling all our horse riding experiences.
Responsibilities: Sales through email, phone calls, and working with tour operators.
Staying in touch with partners like hotels and travel agencies.
Creating and managing invoices and receipts.
Welcoming guests, families, and making them feel at home.
Handling and managing payments.
Supervising daily operations, making sure everything is running smoothly and to a high standard.
Building strong relationships with new and existing partners.
Settling down payments Supervising the business, ensuring, and maintaining high-quality standards Building effective relationships with old and new partners such as hotels, travel agencies and so on Social media management Keeping the reception and guest areas clean and tidy every day (sweeping and mopping).
Assisting the team and carrying out any additional tasks that may arise is a key part of the role.
A proactive and flexible attitude is essential, with a willingness to support wherever needed, regardless of whether the task falls within the usual scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications: At least a high school diploma.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) and basic Greek.
Excellent organizational skills.
A dynamic and hands-on personality who enjoys being active and involved, rather than sitting in an office all day.
This role is not purely desk-based — it is fast-paced, requires strong organizational skills, and includes maintaining order and a well-kept environment throughout the day Driver’s license.
Friendly, calm, and kind personality.
Knowledge about invoicing etc is a great plus!
Quick learner.
Preferred Qualifications: Horseback riding experience (a plus but not required).
Calm and polite attitude.

Friendly work environment, surrounded by nature and horses. 1 day off/week working hours from 8.00-13.00 and from 16.00-21.00 (for sunset tours welcome) during the high season, otherwise there might be differences 13.00-16.00 lunch break
