As an Office Administrator , your main responsibilities will include: maintaining, updating, and managing MS Excel spreadsheets. assisting with the entry and verification of basic financial data and expenses. supporting invoicing processes and monitoring collections. assisting in the organization of the contracts and documentation archive. managing the telephone center and electronic correspondence. handling secretarial tasks (scanning, photocopying, filing). supporting the coordination of meetings and travel arrangements. welcoming and assisting visitors.
