Key Responsibilities Perform check-in and check-out procedures during night shifts Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Carry out night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial reports Reconcile daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety during night hours Coordinate with other departments for any overnight requirements Maintain accurate records and update systems Handle wake-up calls and late arrivals Ensure a smooth handover to the morning shift
