We’re looking for a professional Night Receptionist / Auditor to join our team.
He / She will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the hotel, ensuring a quality guest experience and a smooth work flow.
Duties: Perform night audit procedures efficiently Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift Manage reservations and cancellations Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain accurate records of financial transactions Ensure the security of the premises during the night Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
