Operating the Daily Night Audit Daily preparation of reports Demonstrate exceptional guest service, being proactive in all guests’ requirements and requests, with their prompt and successful resolution.
Regularly exceed expectations of Management, guests and associates.
Provide a friendly and warm welcome and service to all guests.
Friendly and warm cooperation with all colleagues and department heads Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations and all guest service guidelines.
Maintain the Front Desk and lobby in a professional order.
