Night Auditor

for the Kosea Boutique Hotel located on Kos island.
Job Brief and Purpose:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operation of the hotel is to the highest standard.
With a detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, you will carry out duties as directed by your manager, with a professional approach towards our guests, members, and other employees.
Main Duties and Tasks:

• To perform and monitor day-to-day activities of the department including (but not limited to):
• Checking-in and checking-out guests and members
• Concierge tasks
• Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations
• Observation of order, cleanliness, and safety in the public areas of the hotel
• Provide Management team with the daily Closing Reporting and Daily Snapshots
• In charge of the Health &
  Safety and well-being of the Hotel and its Guests during the Night shift

Requirements

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Excellent English language skills
• PMS knowleedge
