Manages events, incidents, configurations, and deployments.
Follows network operations processes for project initiation, incident management, and cost control.
Assists with preventive maintenance and testing.
Ensures activities meet operational standards and KPIs.
Updates Customer Care/Service Managers to ensure SLA delivery, service availability, and quality.
Supports Service Assurance consolidation for IT and Networks, managing incidents, problems, and network expansions.
