Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leading Real Estate Investment Company , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Mortgage Sales Officer Job Description: Contacting leads, presenting available mortgage options, reviewing financial data and advising clients based on their needs and the lender’s policy Educating clients on the mortgage loan process and requirements Identifying client needs and helping them choose the most suitable mortgage product Analyzing and comparing different mortgage solutions available to the client Preparing and submitting mortgage applications Acting as an intermediary between the client and the bank throughout the mortgage process Assisting clients with the mortgage pre-approval process Guiding clients in completing and understanding the required documentation Delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring support throughout the entire mortgage cycle — from initial consultation to loan disbursement and post-sale assistance if necessary Staying informed about lending options, bank policies and maintaining excellent relationships with financial institutions Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and financial legislation
