As a Mobility Operations Specialist your main responsibilities include : Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email Deliver customer service by managing the replacement process end-to-end Maintain compliance with internal policies and operational standards Share customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational performance Allocate vehicles to reservations by effectively balancing specific customer requirements with operational cost efficiency Align consistently with external service partners and Rent-a-Car suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery Resolve customer concerns and manage complaint handling processes to ensure maximum satisfaction and timely resolution Organize daily operational schedules to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and timely delivery to all customers Provide on-site support at the mobility station by managing vehicle pick-ups and conducting thorough return inspections
