A leading gambling company in Greece is seeking a MEP Design Engineer to join the Store Design & Development Team, providing engineering support for the retail network as well as contributing to a wide range of development projects.
Your Key Responsibilities will be: Review functional parameters for electro-mechanical studies and compliance requirements (e.g.
Fire Brigade regulations) of proposed architectural concepts.
Analyze and assess electro-mechanical design plans to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
Propose, design, and implement innovative solutions for retail or similar environments.
Prepare and monitor technical specifications in line with Greek legislation regarding building design and development.
Provide design solutions for electrical and mechanical systems.
Liaise with governmental authorities and assist with the preparation of technical documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
