We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Athens and play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities : Contribute to the developement and execution of marketing plans aligned with business goals and target audiences Identify market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media and email Develop clear and engaging messaging tailored to different customer segments Manage and optimize campaigns across key digital channels (social media, SEO, SEM, PPC)Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through data-driven decisions Conduct market research and analyze customer behaviour to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for future optimization Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Proven experience in a Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive or similar role Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing principles Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g.
