Marketing Coordinator The role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
This position goes beyond execution.
It requires ownership, critical thinking, and a strong eye for detail to deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with: Take ownership of our digital presence by coordinating, managing, and maintaining content across our websites and guest experience platforms.
Drive the creation and timely update of branded marketing materials and digital collaterals that reflect the Domes identity.
Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners — including designers and translation agencies — to ensure seamless content production.
Uphold the highest standards of consistency, accuracy, and quality across all content outputs.
Support the development and distribution of B2B communications and marketing materials that strengthen our partnerships.
Build and maintain a library of compelling presentations, documents, and brand assets that tell the Domes story.
Enhance the guest journey by managing and optimizing key communication touchpoints, including automated emails and pre-arrival communications.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure all content is aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Proactively identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement and take initiative to implement solutions.
