📣 Job Opening: Marketing & Communications Coordinator 📍 Thessaloniki | 🕒 Full-time | 🌿 Agriculture EVYP Crop Biostimulation Technologies, a fast-growing Greek manufacturer of biostimulants and crop nutrition products, is looking for a proactive, driven and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team in Thessaloniki.
We are expanding our international presence through trade shows, global partners, digital campaigns, and strategic tools.
With a strong pipeline of activities, we are now ready to welcome the right person to take ownership of our marketing direction and help shape our international identity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands B2B communication, and wants to shape a brand from the inside out. ________________________________________ 🔹 Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement the company’s marketing and communication strategy, driving visibility and brand awareness Create, edit, and publish engaging content across channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.) Lead the creation of marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, presentations) Liaise with external design and content agencies and our internal team for timely delivery Coordinate participation in exhibitions and events, from booth design to product displays Work closely with the Exports, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure accurate and up-to-date product communication Promote certifications, industry memberships, product trials, through storytelling and visual content Support internal and employer branding efforts by promoting team culture, milestones, and achievements Track campaign performance, propose new ideas, and stay aligned with trends in agritech and bio-inputs ________________________________________ 🔹 Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the agriculture/agri-input sector is a strong plus 2–4 years of experience in marketing roles (especially B2B or export-oriented) Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a bonus (especially French) Strong digital skills, comfortable using tools for content creation, website updates, media management, etc.
