Key Responsibilities for this Management Assistant role: Calendar & Agenda Management: Oversee and meticulously maintain the Founder’s daily schedule, coordinating appointments, resolving conflicts, and setting proactive reminders.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, lodging, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
Gatekeeping & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics for meetings, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
Administrative Oversight: Handle essential office workflows, including document management, digital filing, and expense reporting to guarantee smooth daily operations.
Project Collaboration: Assist the Founder with strategic business projects, conducting background research, and drafting high-impact presentations.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate functions, team gatherings, and special business events as needed.
