Job responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring all systems function efficiently and without disruption.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities, including guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring high performance, professionalism, and adherence to luxury standards.
Ensure immediate and effective response to all technical issues, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and minimal downtime.
Manage and monitor all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical systems Plan and execute repairs, upgrades, and renovation projects in coordination with hotel management.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality work and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and workshops are maintained in excellent condition.
Promote a safe, professional, and collaborative working environment.
