Responsibilities: Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to the resort’s recipes and standards.
Portioning, cutting, and ensuring proper storage and quality control of ingredients.
Correct use of kitchen equipment and tools.
Monitoring and ensuring the correct temperature of prepared dishes.
Ensuring accurate portioning, plating, and garnish presentation.
Compliance with Food Hygiene & Safety regulations.
Participation in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen according to guidelines.
Collaborating with the Chef and the rest of the kitchen team with a spirit of teamwork.
Proper completion and maintenance of HACCP forms and work instructions.
