We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 -17:00 , on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Receive booking requests from purchases department and submit respective bookings to the indicated shipping line as per the customers’ requirements Contact & sort out with shipping lines any issues occurring in transportation Provide forecasts, planning and any other information necessary to the shipping lines we cooperate Update internal database regarding charges and information related to bookings Check invoices, discrepancies and contact shipping lines to resolve any disputed cases Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
