LMW is seeking a Loan Administration Officer on behalf of a client operating in the loan and credit management sector.
The selected professional will support the Operations Department by overseeing loan administration activities for SME and retail portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all loan processes.
This is a fixed-term contract (4–6 months) within a structured and professional financial environment.
Responsibilities Review and verify debtors’ legal documentation (contracts, agreements, collaterals) in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Manage settlement plans under Law 3869, providing input on complex cases.
Prepare and review loan documents and contracts related to the company’s financial products.
Respond to debtor inquiries and requests in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage loan accounts, reversals, and write-offs while ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk management standards.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Risk, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of loan administration operations.
