Job responsibilities: Develop, plan, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activity programs aligned with the Sandblu’s luxury standards.
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children at all times Oversee daily Kids Club operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and facility organization.
Enforce strict safeguarding, health, safety, and emergency procedures in compliance with regulations.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the Kids Club team to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure quality, safety, and availability.
Manage the Kids Club budget effectively while maintaining premium service delivery.
Build strong relationships with parents to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall family guest experience.
Review guest feedback, track performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement actions.
Support promotional activities and revenue-generating initiatives related to family services.
Maintain high grooming, conduct, and presentation standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
