KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – HERAKLION BASED
We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented, and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Heraklion for a full-year contract.
This role is ideal for a tourism professional who thrives in partner relationship management, enjoys working with international stakeholders, and grow within the inbound tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Tour Operators, Hoteliers, and international partners.
Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Maintain and strengthen long-term partner relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
Coordinate rate loading, product updates, and availability checks with internal and external teams.
Analyze partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
Represent the company at tourism exhibitions, travel fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
Participate in fam trips, hotel/site inspections, and destination visits to ensure product quality and competitiveness.
Support sales initiatives, identify new collaboration opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and stakeholders
