The Key Account Manager will have the below responsibilities: Lead sales growth by building strong customer relationships and acquiring new accounts.
Execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Manage key accounts by creating and updating strategic plans that align with business objectives.
Cultivate client loyalty by handling day-to-day relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date of the market by monitoring international trends and competitor activities.
Provide strategic insights through regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from negotiating deals and resolving issues to managing project execution, including order, packaging, and shipping details.
