The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities: Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products or services to prospective clients.
Provide technical solutions that align with client needs Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of the product or service Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting features, functionality, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences Develop and deliver detailed technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process Work with engineering, marketing, and product development teams to refine offerings and provide feedback based on client interactions Assist clients with technical questions, troubleshooting, and implementation planning.
Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform sales strategies and product positioning Support the achievement of sales targets by leveraging technical expertise to close deals and build long-term client relationships
