Junior IT Systems Support

We are seeking for a Junior IT Systems & Network Assistant to support the day-to-day IT operations, support users with IT solutions and provide first-line assistance in the setup and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
After joining our IT team, you will be responsible for hardware and software issues, installations, configurations, and end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities: Hands-on installations and configurations of IT infrastructure in company facilities (cabling, PCs, monitors, assembling/disassembling hardware i.e. ram upgrades, hdd/ssd replacement) Manage software installations, updates, and basic system configurations Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, providing support and solutions to end users and resolve day-to-day IT issues Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support (hardware installation, cabling, devices setup i.e.
PCs, monitors, etc.) Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, such as Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Team spirit and strong collaboration skills Work well under pressure Strong English communication skills are essential
