Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, Roche Hellas, a well-established multinational company in the healthcare technology sector, a professional to cover the following position: Junior IT Systems & Operations Engineer Job Description • Support the implementation of digital systems integration projects within laboratory environments, from requirements gathering to go-live • Assist in the setup, configuration and troubleshooting of systems related to LIS connectivity, middleware and data workflows • Support the integration of digital health solutions, including cybersecurity frameworks and related tools • Monitor system performance KPIs and contribute to improving system uptime and service quality • Manage the lifecycle of spare parts, including receiving, inspection and proper storage • Coordinate order fulfillment for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance • Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy and support stock control processes • Ensure all operational activities comply with company quality standards and healthcare regulations
