Junior IT Support Technician

Eurotraining , a leading educational organization, is seeking for a motivated and technically minded Junior IT Support Technician to join IT Team and provide day-to-day technical support across our organization and edcuational facilities.
The successful candidate will support employees, instructors, and users with their everyday IT needs, hleping ensure that hardware, software, and connectivity operate smoothly.

Main Responsibilities : Provide frist-line technical support to employees, instructors, and users, diagnosing and resolving day-to-day hardware, software and connectivity issues Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, phones, peripherals, and other IT equipment Set up and mentain Windows workstations, software applications, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access perimissions Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, internet, and connectivity issues Provide technical support across offices and educational facilities, while documenting and following up on support requests and escalating complex issues when required Assist with IT projects, equipment deployments, and the implementation of new technologies Requirements : Degree, diploma, or cetification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals Basic understading of networking, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity in general Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and MS Office applications Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar role will be considered an advantage What We Offer : Competitive remuneration package The opportunity to work with a variety of IT systems, equipment, and other technologies The opportunity to develop your technical skills and grow within the IT department A modern, collaborative, and supportive working environment that fosters continuous learning, professional development, and teamwork
