Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leader in structural design , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Junior IT Support (Agia Paraskevi) Job Description • Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 workstations and laptops • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client devices • Perform system installations, configurations, and updates • Assist with user account management and access permissions • Support desktop applications and resolve compatibility issues • Document support cases and maintain accurate records • Support Microsoft 365 email services (Exchange Online) • Support mobile device management (MDM) through Intune • Help troubleshoot application deployment issues • Support conditional access policies and compliance reporting
