Junior IT Support

Actionline, on behalf of a major banking institution, is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist.
The role involves providing technical support to end users in a Windows-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• User access management and configuration (Active Directory)

• Support in Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Office 365)

• Installation and configuration of workstations

• Troubleshooting of daily technical issues

• Logging and managing support requests (ticketing)

Requirements:

• Degree from University/Technical Institution/College in Computer Science or related field

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications

• Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
