Adecco, on behalf of a leading company in the healthcare & home services sector, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated professional for the following position based in Athens: Junior HR Administrator Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support in payroll processes, including management of overtime, hiring and termination contracts • Submit and maintain employee data in ERGANI (new hires, contract renewals, interns, work schedules, etc.) • Compile, update, and maintain employee records (digital & physical files) • Ensure smooth operation of office supplies and workplace needs • Support recruitment activities and candidate coordination • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes • Contribute to internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide timely support
