About The Role We are currently seeking a Junior Business & Investment Consultant to join our team in Thessaloniki.
This is not a typical back-office junior role.
From the very beginning, you will actively participate in live projects, working closely with senior consultants and decision-makers in a fast-paced and highly analytical environment.
What You Will Work On As part of the team, you will be involved in projects related to: Business Plans & Financial Analysis Investment Strategy & Feasibility Studies Development Law & ESPA projects Financial Modeling & Market Research Presentations for banks, investors and international stakeholders Strategic analysis across multiple industries and sectors Who We Are Looking For We are looking for ambitious and intellectually curious individuals with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience who genuinely want to grow within the fields of business consulting, investments and strategic advisory.
Educational Background We welcome candidates from a broad academic background, especially: Economics Business Administration Accounting & Finance Statistics & Mathematics Marketing Political or Social Sciences Psychology or Sociology or any other field demonstrating analytical thinking and strong academic performance Requirements Degree completed within the expected timeframe (or close to it, with reasonable justification if delayed) Strong academic performance (ideally GPA 7.5+/10 or equivalent) Excellent command of Greek and English Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Comfort with modern digital tools and AI technologies Analytical thinking and attention to detail Professionalism, consistency and willingness to learn Additional Assets That Will Be Highly Appreciated Interest in Business Planning, Investments or Corporate Strategy Thesis/dissertation or personal projects related to finance, business or market analysis Knowledge of financial modeling or data analysis Initial exposure to ESPA, Development Law, grants or investment projects (ideally) Personal Characteristics We value people who are: Friendly and collaborative Positive and professional Eager to learn and evolve Hard-working and proactive Reliable and intellectually engaged Able to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team What We Offer Exposure to real-world investment and financing projects Participation in high-level business planning assignments Direct interaction with experienced consultants and decision-makers Opportunity to rapidly develop skills in investment analysis, strategic advisory and corporate finance through hands-on project participation with senior consultants A modern and continuously evolving working environment Strong learning curve and practical experience from day one Performance-oriented culture If you are looking for a role where you will truly develop analytical, strategic and professional skills — and not simply “support operations” — we would be glad to meet you
