IT Support Specialist

What you’ll do: Provide first- and second-level IT support across the organization.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printing issues.
Escalate complex incidents when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations.
Maintain and update documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Support employees with training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.
Participate in key IT projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and system implementations.
Monitor recurring issues and propose long-term solutions for system optimization.
