IT Support Engineer
As part of the Help Desk Team, the IT Support Engineer will work in a complex and demanding environment with over 1000+ users and more than 80 remote locations where systems and network stability is our everyday target.
Job duties: Users Support in Headquarters and our remote locations by resolving requests from our ticketing system Properly escalating unresolved inquiries to the next level of onsite support or creating tickets to integrators Troubleshooting hardware and software issues of corporate PCs and laptops.
