IT Security Engineer

Job title: IT Security Engineer – IT & BPS Department Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30-16.30 Job description & responsibilities Support the development and implementation of security policies, strategies, and compliance measures to protect the company’s information systems Configure and maintain security infrastructure such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, NAC, EDR, email security, etc Monitor, investigate, respond and report to security incidents and cyber-attacks Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, including risk analysis and remediation Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and procedures Research innovative technologies and investigate industry security best practices Deliver cybersecurity awareness training for employees Prepare security reports for Company, auditors and regulatory authorities Job Requirements – Preferred skills Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, related IT field 3 years of relevant working experience Expertise in security technologies (e.g., FW, IPS, NAC, EDR, M365, encryption) Experience with Microsoft 365 security tools Familiarity with security policies, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001) Preferred certifications: CEH, Microsoft Security, Professional security certifications Very good English communication skills (written & spoken) Teamwork, ability to collaborate on different projects – Commitment to continuous learning and development – Creativity and innovation – Analytical and synthetic thinking
