ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of a well-established and financially robust Greek Commercial company with leading status in its industry and strong international activity, is seeking an experienced and driven professional for the position of International Sales Consultant who can navigate, cultivate, and secure international markets growth.
International Sales Consultant (Ref. 5974/ISC /ESS/GR) Role Overview: The International Sales Consultant will be the primary connection between local distributors and the company with regards to purchases and new products.
This position reports to the International Sales Director and manages the markets of Armenia, Russia, Baltic countries, Ukraine, and Poland.
Main Responsibilities: Identify and develop new international business opportunities across assigned regions.
Manage existing customers/distributors.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors within area of responsibility.
Periodically travel for purposes of industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to tailor solutions to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on an annual basis.
Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in international B2B sales (3+ years preferred) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Excellent communications skills with great follow-up and organizational abilities Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and global sales strategies Ability to travel internationally as required (not frequently) Passionate about sales, fluent in cross-cultural communication, and thrive in dynamic international environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
