As a Insurance Operations Officer your daily responsibilities will include: Registering contracts, sending them to partners, and monitoring their progress (registration, dispatch, signature checks, return and archiving, activation of production and web codes, modifications, terminations, and adherence to internal procedures) Managing mass production transfers and liaising with insurance companies to ensure completion Training partners on the company’s software and applications Monitoring and supporting the use of the company’s promotional tools
