Our innovative and growing B2B company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work directly with clients to help them choose which products or services best meet their needs.

Duties & responsibilities Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget, meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Working with marketing staff to create sales campaigns based on target markets and product lines.
Creating personalized marketing plans for each client based on their specific target audience and goals.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and consultation about new products and services Presenting clients’ products online through various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, social media sites, blogs, and email newsletters Creating new opportunities for growth by identifying new markets and potential customer groups that could benefit from the company’s products or services Resolving any issues that may arise during the process of completing a sale Providing customer service to clients by answering questions about products or services offered.
Data management, including tracking of the current sales forecast, proposals/quotes outstanding, orders received, renewal rates, and additional relevant data.
Manage virtual teams where necessary and work across different lines of business.
Participation during staff meetings giving feedback on how projects are working.
They may also be tasked with managing inventory, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of experience on inside & digital sales in b2b or b2c environment, digital & social media, and online advertising.
Bachelor’s degree in IT science, Digital marketing, Computer information systems or any other similar major.
MS Office suite proficiency.
Experience and understanding of the use of ERP & CRM.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Energetic self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit with strong work ethic Organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability.
