As a HR & Payroll Administrator, your main responsibilities will include: Process end-to-end payroll for all employees in compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in SuccessFactors and payroll system.
Submission of relevant ERGANI documents Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare payroll reports for finance and management.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
Assist in administering employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance.
